We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

-Customer service - booking appointments and ordering parts
-Invoice and receive payments
-Answer phones
-Provide administrative assistance to management team
-Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication

Qualifications:
-Previous experience with Quick Books would be helpful
-Ability to prioritize and multi-task
-Strong communicating skills
-Computer skills
-Problem solver
