My approach is simple. Every single person is UNIQUE. So the most important thing that I can do for you is listen, learn who you are, what you need, what will be realistic, and help keep you accountable so that we achieve our expectations. It's my priority to create a plan that is fun, one that you can love and that you can feel is truly who you are while also implementing movements to help you feel and move better.

My name is Aaron Mohr. I have studied the Personal Trainer Diploma at MRU, received a Nutritionist Certification from SAIT, and have a certification from the AFLCA as a Resistance Trainer!

I have my own Branded Training App through Trainerize that I to manage my clients workouts, nutrition, schedules and progressions!

Programmed Workouts are detailed using the 6 KEY TRAINING VARIABLES (TRAINERS MUST FOLLOW!!). These variables are created after Goals are specified, and an assessment of current physical condition is completed.

Meal Plans are made by using IPROFILE 3.1 Nutrition Software Only used by CERTIFIED Nutritionists. IPROFILE is a Massive Data Base that has Every type of Food and Brand Imaginable. Every food item is Detailed down to the MILLIGRAM of Carbs, Protein, Fats, Vitamins, and Minerals. Your Daily Recommended Intake is determined by comparing your Estimated Energy Requirement to your Current Intake.

Im also a member of Consultation and Stakeholder Information Management System.- Health Canada ! Im always getting the most Up-To-Date information regarding Health and Fitness!

I charge 70$/session for 1on1 training. If you can commit 2-3 days a week with me I will include Online Training, Meal Plan and Nutrition Coaching for FREE.

Otherwise I charge a 1 time fee of $300 for a Meal Plan &/or 100$/month for online coaching.

Some know, some dont. When it comes to my fitness, its been a constant roller coaster of a failure & its something Ive always been super insecure about.

Every quarter Id up personal goals along with my professional. Every quarter it was go to the gym eat healthy get fit. Each quarter Id get my professional goals across the goal line no problem. My personal? Always failed. And each quarter my self esteem would take a huge hit.

It wasnt until my first ever boss talked to me a few months ago and said Karen focus on what youre good and where you need help, get help. He told me to hire a trainer.

Ive tried trainers in the past. But this time it was different. This time I found a trainer who was super compatible to the lifestyle that I needed. I always said I love efficiency but really... I love CONVENIENCE. And I need to be handheld. Especially when it comes to things that Im not good at.

Aaron has seriously changed my life. Not only is he super adaptable to my needs, he has this magic about him that makes me super comfortable to just be myself (a side that very few people get to see). Hes super invested not just in my fitness but in my overall life. Its a therapy session every time I see him.

Ive learned so much about myself and this is beyond fitness. One thing I discovered is that I dont care to be accountable to myself, I need to be accountable to others. Thats one of my drivers. Third photo: I have sat down with a goal of writing a testimonial about Aaron being a fitness trainer but Im having a very hard time with it. Probably becahes not just a fitness trainer. Yes, step by step he may be getting put into the same category as a trainer but Aaron does much much more. When I met Aaron I was 44, 275 pounds with man boobs, low motivation, low energy and no idea what a health person felt like. A typical trainer would simply go through the motions but Aaron completely customized my diet and exercise for me then show it to me in a way that I could understand. He went above that and with his amazing amount of knowledge about the human body and individual muscles he saw that my back was not healthy and grouped my exercises around my shoulders pulling back. My entire lifestyle has changed and I owe it to his style and patience. I cannot see how Aarons clients will be the same in a year or two becahe has far to much talent to just group himself as a trainer and anyone lucky enough train with Aaron is getting a lot more than advertised. Fourth photo: Aaron has been a prime example of what a personal trainer should be. Not only do I call Aaron my personal trainer but I actually call him my personal partner. I have managed to create a long-lasting friendship with him that extends beyond a client and trainer. I have been able to open up to Aaron and realize my potential through friendship and make a bond with a person who is able to motivate me to the highest extent to push past my boundaries and show me what it means to truly be successful and reach my full potential. I have not only gained a personal understanding of physical exercise but I have gained an understanding of health and wellness overall. With a smile on his face EVERYDAY extends past the being in a gym. Fifth photo: ""I started to go to the gym in February 2017. I went online, and I found a""personal trainer' who craft me a general meal plan(without asking me what I eat and what i don't), and he craft me a really generic training schedule. It was a one-time thing. I paid for my meal plan and my training schedule, and that was it.
After 6 months I was expecting to see some noticeable changes, but I was quite disappointed. We all know building muscle or losing fat is a slow process but working hard for half a year without reaching your goal is a bummer. At the time I was trying to gain muscle. I had a hard time making physical progress and increasing my body weight on the scale.
After half a year not seeing enough progress I had two choices. I could either have quit and just told myself well I tried everything and I can't build muscle. There must be something wrong with me. The gym is definitely not for me. Or B seeks help from a professional, discuss my struggle and came with a new strategy to overcome my problem. I Found Aaron online, and I am quite happy I did.
The primary thing that has changed since Aaron and I have started working together is my understanding of the process of either gaining muscle or losing weight. When we have our first phone call together, we made an assessment of my situation. We talked about what I wanted to achieve, what my goals were and drew a plan form there to reach them.
We started working together in September. At this point, my body fat was around 22%, and I was about 168 pounds. We decided that the best things to do in my situation were a cut. He made my a custom meal plan based on what I eat in my daily basis and adjust it to create a calorie deficit to lose weight. It worked quite well. I lost 5 pounds and about 7% body fat in about 2 months.
We are now starting a bulk phase. Again we discussed a strategy, the food I want to eat, and he came up with a plan who fit in my lifestyle and in consequence easy to follow. I am really excited to share my progress of that bulk in a few months.
One of the best parts of working with Aaron is the fact of knowing you are not alone in that journey of fitness. I love to have a trainer who is working with me and available all the time to answer my questions. I am a pretty busy guy, and I don't always have time to go online and search the answer to my concern. With Aaron, I send him a text, and I have a detailed explanation or advice. He also keeps track of my lifting progress and each month adjust my lifting schedule to make sure I don't eat a plateau. I like having that extra support and having someone behind me to help reach my goal.

Sixth photo: My situation before working with Aaron involved me just randomly cutting out foods from my diet in an attempt to get rid of body fat. The onslaught of information regarding nutrition seemed too overwhelming to dive into, ultimately stressing me out too much to look into it. When I first contacted Aaron for help I initially thought the whole process was going to involve a complete change in my diet and overall lifestyle. Thankfully he made the entire change much easier by making small yet effective adjustments to what I was already eating. Eight photo: Aspiring skeleton athlete. Canada Olympic Team. As a retired athlete, I have been wanting to get back into shape to pursue my new passion for Skeleton. I met Aaron through a mutual friend and we began to talk about my aspirations and up an orientation date. Once the orientation began he quickly realized that to qualify for Skeleton school I would need to improve my leg strength. Once the orientation was over I felt as if now it was possible for me to achieve my goal of becoming a skeleton athlete. My plans where easy to follow and understand.
